- Dust and polish all furniture (including legs and vertical surfaces)
- Vacuum upholstered furniture
- Straighten pillows, throws, magazines, etc.
- Edge and vacuum (move furniture as specified)
- Remove Trash
- Shake and vacuum throw rugs/vacuum carpet
- Completely clean and disinfect kitchen and bath

Residential Facts by Lets Talk Dirt, Inc:
- Insurance Bonding – Fully covers your family and your property, as well as Let's Talk Dirt, Inc and our property. We will send you a certificate validating our coverage upon request.
- Come and/or go as you please – It's your choice. We work in many different situations. Some customers give us a key or leave a key in a safe place. Others prefer we use the entry/exit code and set alarms accordingly.
- Guaranteed – If you're not happy-we are not happy. Just call our office and we will accommodate you in whatever fashion needed to rectify the problem.
- Supervisor will be the same person – It's nice to see a familiar face each visit and to have that piece of mind that a person you is in your home addressing our specific cleaning needs. The supervisor's job is to instruct her staff in our home to deliver the quality you expect. We also have our quality control personnel double check your home to meet your standards as well as ours.
- Products and equipment – We will bring everything we need. Let's Talk Dirt, Inc. will supply all products and equipment as well as sanitary cloths to complete our work. If you have a special product you would like us to use, that is fine-just leave it out the day of your cleaning.
- Pets – Are part of your family and we treat them according to your wishes.
- Extras – If you would want some extras done just give us a quick call at the office. We can notify the supervisor if it is not too time consuming or schedule any larger project for the appropriate time frame needed.
- Cost – Is based on a number of criteria. The size and condition of your home is considered as well as the specific need to be met in your household. We will provide you with a free onsite-walk-through and estimate. This gives you the opportunity to explain your needs and ask questions and allows us to assess your house concerns and needs and create a clean plan and price quote for you.
